Job Survey
The Telephone Survey Specialists will assist in completing telephone surveys. The successful candidates will be comfortable speaking on the phone and able to maintain a company set average calls per hour. We are looking for cheerful, positive self-starters who are inspired by the idea of helping patients and seniors share their feelings about important healthcare and living choices.
Duties and Responsibilities
Place phone calls to potential survey respondents from a predetermined client list
Perform script to ensure consistency of survey calls
Maintain standards for survey completion and call volume
Communicate respectfully and genuinely with survey respondents at all times
Maintain survey tracking documentation
Must have experience and background in
Excellent phone manner and English articulation
Ability to type minimum 40 WPM (words per minute)
Results-driven and willing to work on commission basis
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
