What is your mission?
 
PEZA and Finance Compliance:
Ensures 100% Compliance with the PEZA rules and regulations.
PEZA permits processing (Farm-in/out, LOA, BOC approvals).
Responsible for the daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual requirements from LGU, PEZA, DENR and other government bodies.
Liaises with Internal and External audits (LGU, DENR, DOLE and PEZA)
ITH (Tax incentives) requirements.
Safekeep and maintain a record of all corporate documents from PEZA permits (LOA, Farm in/out, Registrations etc.), LGU (business permit renewals).
Workspace and IT Internal asset audit for the department's processes and policies, to be performed quarterly or annually.
Coordinate with 3rd party vendors/suppliers on parts and replacement.
Documenting signed SI / DR and Transmittal.
IT, furniture and fixtures parts and replacement processing.
Processing of Reimbursement/Company activity funds.
IT and Workspace Asset Management
IT and non-IT asset Tracking and Inventory (Asset Management)
Manage the procurement process for IT / WS assets, services, leases, and other related purchases, ensuring all requisitions are properly coordinated and processed.
Liaise with vendors/suppliers to coordinate delivery transactions and set clear expectations with the IT support team regarding asset delivery timelines and requirements.
Update the company's asset inventory system by accurately recording and tracking newly delivered assets, as verified against delivery receipts.
Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Track and manage IT and non-IT assets, including inventory, depreciation, and disposal.
Who are we looking for?
Completed at least 2 years in college; Graduate of Bachelor's/College in Information technology, Business or equivalent is a plus
General IT Knowledge is an advantage
At least 3 years' experience in the related field - asset tracking and inventory, dealing with PEZA compliance, financial processing and vendor contract management
Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be flexible (quickly adapts to various situations and changes) and can work with teams and individually
Familiarity with Inventory and Helpdesk Ticketing Tool is an advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills.
