The adoption of precision oncology is impacting positively on patient outcomes, as diagnosis is more accurate and treatment more targeted and personalized. Roche is the leader of Personalized Health Care (PHC) in the Philippines and will continue to drive the adoption of innovation and technology related to PHC. The PHC Partner will, in collaboration with the customer-facing team (Patient Journey Partners/PJPs, Health System Partners/HSPs), identify and anticipate the needs of customers in order to co-create and develop integrated PHC solutions together with different stakeholders that provide the maximum benefit to patients and are aligned with Roche's vision, strategy and outcomes for personalized health care. The PHC Partner will deliver the PHC work packages by bringing relevant and in-depth PHC expertise to customers, by demonstrating strong customer centricity and collaboration skills. Major Accountabilities The PHC Partner will: Build internal knowledge on the PHC landscape in the Philippines and help colleagues to have the relevant expertise to be able to accelerate the development of a PHC driven ecosystem. Act as primary point of contact for Foundation Medicine Inc (FMI)/Comprehensive Genomic Profiling (CGP) solution for specified target groups, e.g. Molecular Tumor Boards, oncologists, pathologists, molecular biologists, other CGP accelerators, and be accountable to build CGP value recognition and propose and inform about the right FMI solutions based on customer needs. Deliver work packages for shaping PHC ecosystem e.g. building partnerships for Molecular Tumor Board (MTB) development and institutionalization, for Real World Data (RWD) collection set-up and maintenance, digital pathology and data science, for triggering IT and DIA experts as needed, etc.. Lead the implementation of Roche Philippines Precision Oncology Programme. Be the primary point of contact with the external partners for day to day operations. Strongly collaborate with Roche Diagnostics, e.g. as a member of joint OneRoche CGP team, supporting new launches, or other joint initiative on patient identification & testing in oncology. Leverage digital channels and tools to provide meaningful customer experiences that add value to patients. Understand the global PHC strategy, and be connected to the Roche PHC network so that opportunities in the Philippines can be identified and progress can be achieved. Find PHC opportunities (not exclusive to FMI/CGP) that may exist in the Philippines to accelerate the development of a PHC driven ecosystem.
