This role will have responsibility for the technical support of the digital marketing performance teams. Key responsibilities include: working with Jira to manage/prioritise tasks and ensure to meet the expected SLAs for each, trafficking campaigns (banners) in Google Campaign Manager (DCM) and NetRefer (affiliates' platform), managing the account creation and commercial documentation of the William Hill marketing platforms, user journey testing for William Hill Web and Apps, troubleshoot marketing tracking issues with the support of relevant teams, running App Compliance processes for Online Media channel, and will be working closely with the Marketing Performance Operations team in London to ensure all Affiliate Ad operation tasks are delivered on time.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business or any related field
1+ year experience (preferable) in a digital marketing team: Digital Marketing Operations, PPC, Affiliates, Paid Social etc
