THE ROLE
Our Performance Marketing Manager collaborates with a range of stakeholders across the business to ensure digital advertising tools and best-practice processes are adopted. The individual must be detail-oriented, digital-native, team-focused and comfortable working with a range of stakeholders across the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand user behaviour and advise and develop initiatives to improve the effectiveness of digital marketing
Plan, create and optimize paid campaigns across search, social, display, retargeting
Champion digital advertising best practice techniques and support teams with execution
A/B test ad formats, messaging and landing pages
Monitor performance and proactively plan and manage digital marketing growth
Report on digital advertising impact and ROI
Create reporting dashboards to support teams
Plan and execute technical SEO initiates
Your key metrics include:
Digital marketing lead generation metrics and CPL targets
Increasing website conversions by using best practice conversion-rate optimisation techniques
Increasing organic search visibility
Hitting project delivery deadlines
Dealing with requests quickly and efficiently
Lowering bounce rate and increase time on site
Reducing cost per lead
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other performance marketing channels
Experience with Google Analytics and Data Studio and other analytical platforms
Experience with WordPress, Pardot and Salesforce
Experience with Google Tag Manager and cookie management
Experience with multitouch attribution
Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role. Minimum 4-6 years performance marketing experience
