Lead Oracle EPM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Gather and analyze client requirements, and translate them into EPM solutions.
Develop functional design documents and provide oversight for configurations.
Lead and participate in Oracle EPM implementations, providing expertise across EPM modules, including Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Profitability and Cost Management, and Enterprise Data Management.
Manage project teams and coordinate efforts between functional and technical resources.
Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials.
Collaborate with the presales team to deliver business development solutions, including effort estimation.
Maintain strong client relationships to understand and address their ongoing needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field.
8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM.
At least 3 full-lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations.
Proven experience in business development and presales activities.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
