About the role
First Circle is looking for a Fresh Graduate to be put on a fast track growth program to support the Head of People on strategic People, Culture, and Governance initiatives. This position will swiftly grow into a role that will encompass the entire employee experience. The objectives of the People Team Associate:
Starting with recruitment and then performance management, you will learn all the ropes and responsibilities of the HR facets that tie directly to First Circle's Employer Brand and how we deliver this as our Employer Experience.
Adopt best practices from other disciplines such as Data, CX, Operations, Sales and Marketing, to shift the method of how HR operates in an organization.
Grow into a manager with full responsibility over specific HR facets (we have bi-annual performance reviews!).
