Job Description Summary You will be customer facing and will be responsible for winning Patient Care Solutions (PCS) business for GE Healthcare, specifically in Anesthesia and Respiratory segments in the Philippines. You will be accountable to grow sales revenue and margins, grow footprint and market share for ARC PCS products.

Job Description
Responsibilities
Accountable to achieve the Orders, Sales, Contribution Margin targets for Anesthesia and Respiratory Segments in the Philippines
Accountable for timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline and sales per the normal reporting cycles within the Anesthesia and Respiratory Segments in the Philippines
Develop and maintain professional relations with key customers, academia, government and administrative bodies in order to ensure understanding of needs of the PCS products.
Support Indirect Channel Partners (ICP) on marketing plan with a contribution in building a strong relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and clinical associations, coach and direct the differentiation of Anesthesia and Respiratory segments to the indirect channel partners and end users.
Nurture relationships with professional society stakeholders and execute the strategy with Key Opinion Leaders in PCS related product lines
Organize and conduct PCS product demonstrations, applications and site visits and follow up.
Understand market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities in the Philippines.
Prepare and co-ordinate the tender response and validate configurations, offers and tender documentation in collaboration with territory manager.
Work with Regional Sales Leaders/Zone account teams regarding PCS products and drive ownership of order and configuration a quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs
Communicate effectively with members of sales/marketing/service team to maximize all sales potential and communicates leads to relevant colleagues.
Drive the strategy for the PCS related product lines and continuously position the value of their products within the Philippines
Accountable for compliance and execution of the regional sales process, company policies and quality processes
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in biomedical engineering, Nursing, Medicine, Pharmacy, and allied Healthcare disciplines
5 years' experience in the Anesthesia and Respiratory market segments
Strong knowledge of Patient Care Solutions products
Leadership skills and team building skills
Sales skills, negotiating skills and ability to work in a matrix environment.
Excellent Communication skills.
Excellent Interpersonal skills and strong collaboration/teamwork skills.
Mobility throughout the country is required
Excellent written/spoken English.
Knowledge of marketplace.
Appreciation of business environment.
Solid experience in working with Indirect Channel Partners
