Position: Payroll Team Lead (2) Role:Meets payroll operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and review.Meets payroll financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.Balance's payroll accounts by auditing information; identifying and resolving discrepancies; initiating journal entries.Identify process improvement initiatives and define standards for new processes.Act as first level contact of the client. Ensure client requirements are understood and clarified before endorsing to Associates. Adheres to monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliation and other related payroll activities.Addresses payroll disputes and other and incidental tasks in relation to payroll management Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.Minimum of 5 years' experience in outsourcing industry handling PH payroll
