Job Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy.
With at least 3-5 years' experience in processing full cycle payroll (hire to termination)
At least 2 years in Supervisor/ Junior Manager level.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office esp. Excel.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Willing to work on Saturdays
Job Responsibilities:
Processing full cycle payroll (hire to termination)
Responsible for the supervision and coordination of payroll processing operations
Overseeing the payroll function and leading the payroll team
Preparing and distributing paychecks or direct deposits to employees
Computing and verifying wages, deductions, taxes, and other payroll-related transactions
Recording and reporting on payroll data and statistics
Ensuring compliance with payroll laws, regulations, and policies
