Your Tasks
Provides efficient local country (PH) payroll and benefits administration, and operational support
Performs regular and supplementary payroll processing runs for local country payroll (PH)
Performs payroll reconciliation, payment and reporting of monthly statutory remittances in accordance to the country-specific local (PH) statutory and company policies and reporting of year-end tax activities and remittances
Managing and attending to all payroll matters and queries on an agreed SLAs
Continuously improve local payroll and benefits processes and activities
Preforms master data management in a complete and accurate manner
Our Requirements
A college graduate with a bachelor's degree in human resources or finance and accounting
Experience in working at a multinational company or Global Business Service or Shared Service Center with hands-on experience in RAMCO HCM or other related Human Capital Management or HR Information software
A good English communicator with stakeholder service mindset
An excellent team player with a good understanding of processes related to compensation and benefits of employees in local country-specific or global scale
Keen and detailed oriented
