Job Description
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Accountancy or equivalent
With At least 3-year work experience in Compensation and Benefits focused on Government Mandated benefits and HMO
Checking and encoding of manual daily time record (DTR) and attendance logs from biometric of all Employees to payroll system.
Checking and encoding of approved overtime request.
Records absences and tardiness of all employees for proper monitoring.
Prepares and uploading of complete time sheet to accounting/payroll section.
Process payment of Government mandated benefits
Assisting concerns from employees
Checking billing and SOA of different Manpower Agencies
