The role of the HR Payroll Specialist is to ensure end to end compliance with employee compensation procedures, including staying updated with labor standards pertaining to employee compensation and benefits. The role will also be working closely with all the employees in ensuring that payroll services are delivered consistently and effectively.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare correct and accurate payroll instructions within specified cut-off periods, ensuring all items for crediting are included and were validated as well.
Provide payroll services to all employees including providing assistance to address pay discrepancies, request for payslip, and other similar concerns.
Consistently update the Employee Masterlist to reflect real-time and accurate employee lists.
Provide onboarding assistance to new hires specifically in the creation of bank account so that it would fall within specified payroll cutoffs.
Facilitate the exit process by providing necessary forms to exiting employees, coordination of last pay computation and crediting, and last pay release.
Ensure maintenance and safekeeping of 201 files of all employees.
Prepare correct and analytical reports applicable to payroll processing functions.
Participate in and perform tasks that will contribute to the growth of the business.
Person Specification:
Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Office Administration, Human Resources Development Management or any similar course.
Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Must be willing to work 2 full Saturdays in a month.
Must be willing to work in Taguig City.
Must be committed to ensure delivery of HR services.
Must be proficient in using MS Office applications.
Must have the ability to work in a team and cross-functionally.
Must be creative, enthusiastic and persistent.
