Bachelor's Degree graduate in Accountancy, Finance or any related field.
Minimum number of work experience: 2 years
Strong knowledge of tax, wage laws and government mandated benefits.
Processes payroll for employees.
Maintains personnel database regarding salaries, loans and other necessary information.
Manages organization budget and expenses.
Addresses and resolves employee complaints whenever necessary.
Assists the employees in processing government benefits.
Works with company database programs to process payroll and updates the information in the system whenever required.
Prepares reports to relevant departments about payroll information upon request.
