Payroll specialistNorth Star Meat Merchants Inc.

Facilitates accurate and timely payroll computation and processing using the HRIS payroll module
Collect, calculate and enter data in the payroll system and ensures correct and updated payroll information
Handles and facilitates resolution of payroll discrepancies and concerns
Generates reports to serve as reference in loan processing, perfect attendance, loyalty awardees etc. as needed
Computes for final pay of separated employees and 13th month pay
Performs other HR related tasks which may be assigned by the HR Manager
Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other relevant course
Must possess effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills
Must be detail oriented and organized and must know how to keep confidential records and information
