Description
Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data.
Ensure all payroll statutory requirements are compliant.
Ensure security, confidentiality and integrity of personnel information is maintained at all times.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll payments are made to employees in accordance with the relevant agreements, legislation and policies.
Ensure all taxation requirements and corporate policies are complied with.
Prepares report by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave and non-taxable wages.
Analyse payroll system and identify improvement areas and ways in which to optimize Company's use of payroll system
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting metrics and safety as well any other requested reporting.
Perform other job/assignment as required
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Accounting
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
