Job Descriptions
Process End to End Payroll for Managed and Seat Lease Account
Maintains payroll records of all employees
Ensures that all payroll concerns and queries are attended on time
Prepares payroll reports to be sent after payroll processing
Prepares Final Pay computation of all Inactive Employees
Responsible for tracking Service Incentive Leaves - Credit and Usage
Maintains records regarding Loans and Advances
Responsible for answering inquiries related to government statutory deductions
Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications
At least with 2 years experience as Payroll Specialist
Able to managed and seat lease account
Able to Maintain payroll records of employees
Knowledgeable in Excel
Willing to work onsite if needed (Pasig, Rockwell Business Center)
