Role Overview
Configuration & optimization of core processes and continuous improvement of related working area.
Computation of timekeeping records.
Generation of compensation reports.
Generation of personnel action notification form.
Contact partner for all compensation-related issues and payroll related consulting.
Payroll Accounting: Record of new hires and resignations, income changes and remuneration, effective deductions and payments, anniversaries, wage garnishments, maintenance of main payroll data and status changes in order to guarantee the correct and in time monthly payments according to company guidelines and state law.
Issuing of payroll related certificates.
Resignations / Transfers: Calculation of severance payments, processing of resignations and transfers, generation of cancellation contracts and pension agreements in order to guarantee company exit on time.
Statutory law and company guidelines: Constant update of employees and management on all laws and guidelines which might affect payroll.
Generation of all payroll related correspondence
