We are searching for a Payroll Specialist to work with one of our clients in the U.S. . If you have at least two years of experience and are looking for a change then please apply. Non-CPAs are also encouraged to apply.
Our ideal candidate must be have the desire to provide excellent customer service, self-driven, and results-oriented. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential part of the job.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Collecting timesheet data and payroll information
Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs
Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc
Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
Preparing and distributing income statements
Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns
Performing account balance and payroll reconciliations
Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
US payroll experience is required for this position
Strong organizational and mathematical skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financial matters
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
Great attention to detail
Must be willing to work on US shift (9:00 pm to 5:00 am)
