JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Perform end to end payroll process
• Review and evaluate the result of processed payroll
• Requires an understanding of Jeonsoft Payroll Software or equivalent and terminology, and business administrator processes.
• Update of documentation on any configurations made in the payroll system.
• Requires an understanding and support of system interfaces with other HR systems such as EMS.
• Knowledge of data protection issues and their practicable application in the workplace including the importance of confidentiality.
• Requires a strong background in data extraction, manipulation of raw data, data relationships, data mining, ad-hoc analysis, and metrics presentations.
• Regular review/ audit of existing timekeeping setup and payroll configurations.
• Strong support to timekeeping and payroll for correct and on time payroll processing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Accounting/finance graduate or equivalent experience in payroll is required
- With at least 5 years exprience in the finance field
- Experience in any payroll software and word processing tools
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
- Able to keep confidential information
- Willing to work Glorietta 2, Makati, and able to start ASAP
