Job Description:
1. Assist the HR Manager in implementation of HR policies and programs
2. Assist the HR Manager in handling and processing all concerns of Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations and Training & Organizational Development
3. Maintain all records related to handled section
4. Adheres to company's Code of Conduct.
5. Gives equal respect to his/her superiors and fellow employees.
6. Performs other related duties and functions assigned by his/her superior.
Job Specifications:
Graduate of Human Resources Management or similar course
With at least experience in HR handling Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations and Training and Organizational Development
Excellent communication
Team Player
Detail-oriented and result-oriented
Can work in fast-paced environment
Can start immediately
Willing to work in Makati Area
