Process and ensure timely and accurate payroll for all employees, including computation of salaries, deductions, and benefits
Handle statutory compliance and reporting for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR, including preparation of government-mandated reports
Maintain and update payroll and employee records, including attendance, leave balances, and final pay processing
Prepare payroll summaries and reports for HR and Finance, and support audits and reconciliations
Provide assistance to employees on payroll-related concerns and coordinate with HR and Finance on bonuses, adjustments, and incentives
Your profile:
University degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
Several years of professional experience in HR, payroll, or accounting roles, or as Human Resource Generalist/Manager/Recruiter
Good knowledge of Philippine labor laws, rules, and tax regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll software; SAP knowledge is a plus
Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing
