SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle payroll and timekeeping operations
Ensure that labor costs are recorded accurately and on time
Report exemption and analysis on efficiencies, attendance, and leave credits
Ensure that payroll taxes and other mandatory contributions are remitted and on time
Orient and deal with employees on payroll computation
Audit payroll procedure and system
BASIC POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
With experience in the payroll process
Keen on details
Can work under pressure and customer-oriented
Can work on shifting schedule
WORK EXPERIENCE
With at least one (1) year of experience in a multi-national and labor-intensive environment
Auditing experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
Proficient in Excel & SAP
Fast learner
Keen on details

Analytical
Can handle complaints- and resolve issues effectively
Knowledgeable on labor and tax issues
