Responsibilities:
Handle end to end of payroll function eg payroll processing, statutory submissions (maternity, childcare) etc
Ensure all claims are processed accurately
Process and prepare petty cash
Prepare submissions for CPF and Income taxes
Ensure accurate updates of payroll journals
Handle enquiries from staff
Prepare and generate reports
Requirements:
Possess strong experience in handling payroll
Strong knowledge of Employment Act and CPF compliance
Experience in using payroll management system. Knowledge in using SAP is an added advantage
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work well in a team
Min Diploma in any discipline
