An organization of professionals is seeking for a full-time Payroll/Purchasing Clerk/Bookkeeper with a minimum of 2 years experience.
He/she will be responsible for the following:
1)Preparation of monthly payroll, government payments (VAT/Expanded, VAT semi-annual lessee & lessor reports/quarterly ITR, etc.
2) Preparation of Statements of Account
3) Prepares vouchers
4) Custodian of office supplies
5) Custodian of company property
6) Knowledge of UB check writer & online payroll
7) Prepares 2307 of supplier
8) Prepares monthly alpha list of payees for BIR submission
He/she will be responsible for the following:
