Key Responsibilities:
Responsible in implementing HR Solutions according to client's business requirements.
Ensures the team's completion of the payroll end-to-end process and/or benefit administration.
Overall responsible in the performance of the assigned Process Leads and Associates.
Oversees the integrity of payroll accounts. Ensures accuracy of the process and generated reports.
Initiates "up-sell" of existing or additional HR services.
Executes and enforces approved operational plans and cascades it to the team.
Conducts performance appraisal of staff in the team and makes recommendations for staff development
Prepares ad hoc operations reports as requested by the management.
Coordinates with clients on incidents, payroll issues or additional/modified instructions.
Ensure any changes across all transactions went through proper change management process.
Baseline Qualifications
Graduate of any 4 year business and business-related course.
More than 3 years of experience in Payroll and customer solutions management
Attained Human Resources or Financial Services degrees
.Worked in Payroll Outsourcing company.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Specialized Payroll, Benefits Administration and Government rulings relatd to payroll.
