About the Role:
As our Payroll, your skills in Accounts Management and attention to detail will be a great value as you work together with our career driven team
This is where you'll shine:
End-to-end payroll processing, including facilitating queries and salary concerns of employees.
Creation of monthly and annual reports pertaining to compensation and benefits. (ie. BIR, SSS, remittances, payments, etc.)
Maintaining and updating employee records in the payroll system such as employee salary, government numbers, leave credits, deductions and other information. Preparation of payroll invoices.
Responsible for liaising with government-mandated offices in submission and completion of employee benefit and other requests.
Performs other reasonable tasks and duties assigned by superior and/or any changes in the role due to organizational restructuring and realignment effected from time to time.
Lead and support Finance officers, key projects, audit reviews, activities, and documentation.
What you'll bring in:
Keen to details, organized and can work under minimal supervision.
Lead: 5 years' experience related to Payroll - Compensation and Benefits role.
Well versed and expert in Philippine payroll and government mandated benefits
Highly Preferred -solid payroll module experience in HR Pro system.
Good Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
Preferably with experience in the BPO industry (local/Philippine payroll)
