QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: College Graduate
Experience: At least 1 year clerical related work experience
Special Skills: Analytical, ability to meet time schedules and deadlines, attentive to details; good inter-personal skills; good oral and written communication skills; preferably with background in Accounting; knowledge in spreadsheets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Payroll Accounting
l. Gathering of Employee Time Record (ETR) Forms of Field offices and Head office Rank and File Employees.
2. Validation ofETRs and input OT to SAP system for computerized processing.
3. Facilitates distribution of pay slips within established schedules.
4. Maintain confidentiality of payroll by ensuring accuracy on the distribution of payslips to employees.
5. Assist in preparation of payment documents for Directors, Consultants and OGCC lawyers.
6. Prepare and process monthly payroll deposits, reports and remittances such as SSS, NHIP, HDMF and loan payments.
7. Maintain/safekeep payroll related reports and files.
8. Facilitate TIN application and tax status updating of employees with BIR
9. Process and issue Certificate of Contributions and other documents needed in relation with employee's statutory contributions
10. Process and issue BIR Form 2316 and 2307 and other BIR requirements in compliance with Revenue Regulation No. 2-2015.
l l. Gather documents needed in the preparation of Fringe Benefits Tax and ROSA.
12. Update and monitor holiday calendar in the system
13. Complies with all standards for the job.
14. Perform other tasks that may be assigned/delegated by his/her immediate superior.
