We are seeking a dedicated Payroll and Admin Specialist to join our diverse team. This role will primarily be responsible for handling various payroll and benefits tasks, while also providing administrative support and assisting with HR-related activities.

What to expect from the role:
Payroll & Benefits
In charge of payroll processing, including calculating wages, preparing payroll reports, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.
Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditures against budgetary allocations.
Prepare and distribute paychecks or electronic transfers to employees.
Address any payroll discrepancies and resolve payroll-related issues
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Collaborate with insurance providers and other vendors to ensure smooth administration of benefits.
Stay updated on changes in benefit laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Administration
Oversee general administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and handling incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for employees as needed.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation of records.
In charge of government permit compliance if needed
Human Resources
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits, policies, and procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide support in employee relations matters and performance management processes.
Ad Hocs
Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, including tax deductions and filings.
Prepare and file VAT returns accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Compensation and Benefits role or a similar HR Generalist role.
Strong understanding of PH labor laws, payroll regulations, and tax compliance requirements in the Philippines.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), Payroll system,s and MS Office Suite.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude-willing to help out in all regards
Preferably has own laptop
