What you will be doing: Organizes, collects & validates inputs for Payroll. Performs a variety of support tasks associated with payroll operations. Reviews and records all the bank account details for Payroll & Workday upload. Reviews and ensures accurate computation of pay as and when required. Processes and calculates shift / on-call allowance inputs. Ensures bio-metric registration for all new joiners & troubleshooting where necessary Handles general inquiries regarding payroll, benefits and time and attendance. Records employee terminations and leaves of absence.
