What you will be doing:
Organizes, collects & validates inputs for Payroll.
Performs a variety of support tasks associated with payroll operations.
Reviews and records all the bank account details for Payroll & Workday upload. Reviews and ensures accurate computation of pay as and when required. Processes and calculates shift / on-call allowance inputs.
Ensures bio-metric registration for all new joiners & troubleshooting where necessary Handles general inquiries regarding payroll, benefits and time and attendance.
Records employee terminations and leaves of absence. Should have good knowledge of process documentation
Requires analytical, solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
Team player that is both self-motivated and detail-oriented
Should have good knowledge of MS Excel & other Microsoft products like Word & PPT
Should have worked in Payroll domain for at least 1 year
What you bring:
Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree
At least 1 year of working experience in Payroll domain
Should have excellent knowledge in MS Excel as core requirement
