Job Description
Responsible for maintaining payroll information by collecting, and entering data. Determines payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes and employer's social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a similar field.
Knowledge with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Payment Regulations on Compensations
At least two (1) year experience in Payroll, or more than six (6) months of relevant experience
Willing to be assigned in FTI Taguig
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensures that all deliverables are kept confidential.
Maintains timeliness, accuracy and completeness of all deliverables.
Releases and submits for approval payroll packages after considering the effect of all the supporting documents forwarded by HR, Cooperative, and other related parties.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Extends functional support to stores during peak season.
