PAYROLL PROCESSING AND SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
Ensure timely releasing of salary of Filinvest employees
Monitor, review, update and provide accurate data from the system versus attendance summary
Provide accurate computation of Bonus and SL conversion
Process and submit BIR 2316 of employees within the deadline
Prepare and processing of Full and Final Settlement or Pay
Ensure accuracy of statutory calculation for local reporting and compliance
Ensure accuracy of other payments and deductions processed via payroll
Provide and process COE with compensation on time
Ensure accurate monitoring of receipts
REPORTS GENERATION
Secure on time submission of system generated reports to HR and Accounting
OTHERS
Address and resolve employee complaints regarding payroll system or transactions.
Perform tasks that may assigned from time to time.
