Payroll and Timekeeping Specialist

Due to major growth we are expanding our People Operations team in Manila and currently looking for a Payroll and Timekeeping Specialist to join the team.
The Payroll and Timekeeping Specialist is responsible for efficiently administering payroll and timekeeping processes. The primary focus of this role is to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, reviewing of timesheets, and analyzing HR data while adhering to the company's procedures and guidelines.
Key responsibilities will include:
Perform and oversee activities for end-to-end payroll processing.
Resolve payroll related issues and concerns in a timely manner.
Review timesheets and attendance records to validate accuracy.
Detects inaccuracies in timekeeping information.
Identify, collect and analyze HR data from various sources including the company's HRIS and other relevant databases.
Prepare regular HR reports, dashboards and metrics to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
Act as the point of contact for internal partners to discuss and answer questions.
Recommend and implement process improvements to drive organizational excellence.
What you will bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree
Equivalent work experience of at least 3 years in a Payroll Administration role
Extensive experience in end-to-end payroll processing and data analytics
Tech savvy and proficient in using payroll management software
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results
Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
