About the job
We want to fill this position with a strong contributor to the Human Resource function, securing HR subject matter expertise in Payroll, HR & Office Admin; someone who shares our vision of "creating a better everyday life for the many people.
Your assignment
You will be reporting to the Payroll & HR Admin Manager, Philippines
You are responsible for the centralised payroll and salary administration of co-workers; manage the year-end income tax activity and 13th month reporting with DOLE.
You ensure payroll & HR practices are in compliance to the national legislation and timely submission of statutory related documents.
You will participate on payroll audit and support the rewards team in external compensation and benefits-related surveys for market benchmarking.
You will be involved in both HR and Office Admin activities, from data management, recruitment, on boarding, benefits administration to off boarding and work-pass related matter which includes mobility support for our co-workers in Service Office.
You will participate in continuous improvement projects related to payroll and HR & Office Admin matter.
Qualifications
Your profile
You possess good knowledge of local laws and regulations concerning labor market and have at least 3-5 years of Payroll management experience including government benefits.
You have experience on payroll systems and time management systems.
You are independent and have a strong desire for continuous improvement while enjoy working in an ever-changing, vibrant & multi-dimensional environment.
You are service minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skill - someone who is ever ready to engage and be engaged.
