Payroll Administrator Our Payroll Administrator manages periodic payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate employee payment on designated payroll periods. We expect greater of ourselves... What's Your Greater Come find it at ResultsCX! In this role you will: Accurately process end to end monthly payroll from time and attendance system to payroll software. Ensure employees' hours are accurate, timely, and current. Process new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, pay rate changes, allowance and deduction changes. Administer third party deductions i.e. Pension, Social Welfare and Health Insurance. Be responsible for payroll tax activities, including compliance with Revenue under PAYE Modernisation. Partner with HR to align accuracy of leave with legislative and company policies. Assist with internal and external payroll audit requests. Assist the Finance Team as and when required. Respond to all payroll queries for employees. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Perform any other duties as reasonably requested by Management. We are looking for someone who has: A high level of attention to detail and integrity. The ability to work under pressure/deadlines. Strong work ethics and the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative when required. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel - Advanced level required. Strong numerical ability. A thorough, logical approach. Demonstrated complete discretion and confidentiality.
