The Payments Entry Specialist will be part of the Department in-charge of keeping track of the payments posted in the clients' system, as part of the complete Revenue Cycle Management service of the company.
Enter dental insurance payments into the standard system
Enter allowed adjustments, write-offs
Balance posted payments with control totals
Track denial/payment trends
Amend and resubmit claims
Graduate of a Finance-related course is an advantage
Experience in Accounting/Finance is an advantage
Keen eye for details
Knowledgeable in Windows file navigation
MS Word, MS Excel proficiency
Typing skills (40 wpm or better) and accuracy, ten key proficiency
Team-player, collaborative
Amenable to work shifting schedules
Five-day work week (Monday to Friday)
