Basic Function This position is responsible for handling medical billing to medical insurance carriers. Answering Phone calls regarding General Inquiries and Billing Concerns. Specific Duties & Responsibilities * Assist patients/providers with the Basic Function This position is responsible for handling medical billing to medical insurance carriers. Answering Phone calls regarding General Inquiries and Billing Concerns. Specific Duties & Responsibilities Assist patients/providers with their billing inquiry thru Inbound Call. Facilitate payments utilizing client software application. Stays up to date with the changes that affect client's reimbursements. Understands how medical insurance industry works. Protect patient records other client-supplied information and client specified system from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference. Carry out tasks as assigned and are aligned with particular process or activity related to information security. Report any potential or committed non-conformity, observation and/or security event or risks to immediate superior. Qualification Strong English, written and oral, communication skills. Experience in US Medical Billing and Customer Care Inbound Calls -Preferred. Advanced Computer Skills. Must be highly organized with excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize activities effectively. Independent and can work with minimal supervision 1-3 years Customer Service Background can compensate for medical billing experience.
