PART TIME BOOKKEEPER WITH ADMIN TASKS (WORK FROM HOME)
 
Rate: $4/hr and earn up to 19,500 PHP
 
Schedule: 9am to 1pm PST (4 hours straight), Monday-Friday
 
Qualifications:
Should have years of Quickbooks Online Experience
Should have years of Bookkeeping experience
Good English Communication skills both written and verbal
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Effective time and task management skills
Has initiative and a "can do" attitude
Can be trusted to work with minimum supervision 
Responsibilities:
Help client switch to Quickbooks online
Balance financial reports and stay on top of client's books/transactions
Reconcile transactions
Keep all transactions and accounts organized
Take care of accounts payables and receivables as needed
Prepare needed reports and forms
Perform administrative tasks as needed or advised by client
