Proficient and certified on Pardot Marketing Automation system, providing best practice recommendations in terms of sales and marketing alignment via the technology Works on several campaigns at the same time, and must have the ability to constantly shift gears, solve problems, synthe ideas, and listen to changing needs. Consulting on strategic direction, business process alignment and marketing best practices as they relate to sales and marketing operations for marketing automation and Pardot to all 4 regions: NA& APAC, EMEA, Brazil and LATAM Automated E-mail Campaign design, management and execution, with demonstrated results Support other marketing automation projects such as lead scoring, lead routing, and integration with Salesforce Reporting, Analytics and Insights - Communicate performance results of email campaigns such as performance and recommendations to all stakeholders Integration with multi-channel demand generation, including, but not limited to email, website, direct mail, telemarketing, call center, broadcast, print, PR Guide best practice and give technical support for the Latam, Brazil and EMEA MKt Team Fix/update all Pardot email templates (needs to know HTML) Clean up folder/asset structure (remove all old items, images) Convert asset URLs to new domain (email templates, form handlers) Create dynamic lists from SalesForce when we pull in the customer data (lists by assigned branch and outside sales rep) Clean up sync errors in Pardot (i.e. invalid pick lists, duplication, etc.) Clean up marketing opt-in and opt-out distribution lists Build and/or assist in testing new lead automations flowing into SalesForce from PPC campaigns Build/fix reporting associated with Marketing (SalesForce dashboards) Job Requirements Details: At least 3 years of experience in planning and managing B2B lead nurture programs Certified Pardot Specialist - Administrator Basic HTML / CSS / SQL experience. Experience pulling reports from marketing automation platforms, designing the campaign and analyzing data on email performance. Constantly learning and seeking ways to improve Pardot Usage Exceptional knowledge of sales, marketing and development processes Forwarding thinking and should possess problem-solving skills Excellent analytical and presentation skills including demonstration skills to handle many assignments simultaneously Efficiently work under pressure, deadlines, and stretch extra hours to complete assigned task. Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, leadership, and third parties Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and with a team Comfortable in ambiguity able to create clarity and understanding while meeting ambitious goals. Enjoys operating in a fast-paced and demanding environment a nimble and flexible style able to juggle multiple competing priorities. A direct and open style able to effectively influence for positive outcomes and results.
