Job Description:
Working as part of a small, dedicated team, you may be required to assist in all aspects of the financial planning process, which may at times extend beyond the duties listed below. In house support will be always available along with regular opportunities for ongoing external education and professional development.
Preparing compliant advice documents such as SOA's and ROA's;
Working closely with Financial Planners and another Paraplanner to develop strategies and advice
Assisting the administration team members with implementation of advice
Liaising with key stakeholders such as product providers
Liaising with clients, as required
Supporting Financial Planners with administrative duties
Contribute to continuous improvement and team development - Improving internal tasks and procedures, client communication, ensure high level of product and lender policy knowledge.
Making outbound calls to service providers and clients.
Inputting accurate client details
Collaborating with paraplanning and admin team members
Reporting to Team Leader and Operations Coordinator
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience is a similar role/capacity
Experience in the Australian Market is highly preferred
Preferred but not necessary- Ability to prepare compliant advice documents such as SOA's and ROA's
Good communications skills both verbal and written
Proficient in MS Office
Customer Service experience
Ability to prioritise and meet strict deadlines.
Ability to multitask using different softwares/websites.

Salary Range: 25,000-35,000
