The Paid Social Media Specialist will work directly with our clients in developing & executing paid social media strategies.
The tasks will revolve around Optimizing and Publishing ads based on the client's instructions, providing insights on account performance, and making sure that we are meeting account KPIs.
As a Paid Social Media Specialist, you will;
Specialize in running paid media advertisement driving traffic and leads via prospecting and retargeting
Maintain performance reports and trackers analyzing the assets and targeting of different campaigns
Execute tests on campaigns to develop ways on improving campaign performance
Stay updated with current trends and platform developments
Give strategic analysis and recommendations on improving long-term performance to ensure the client is meeting or exceeding benchmarks and goals
Manage campaign promotions in social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor performance of campaigns and initiatives across social media channels to ensure the best possible results using an efficient and well-executed strategy
Provide actionable insights and recommendations that are relevant to the client's businesses to achieve their campaign goals through in-depth data analysis and thorough optimization
Implement the Client's Social Media marketing. Administration includes content strategy, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic by using Social Media Manager tools and cultivating leads and sales
Monitor the performance of campaigns and initiatives across social media channels to ensure the best possible results using an efficient and well-executed strategy
Creation and updating of reports as requested by Client
Work hand-in-hand with the clients in applying an effective plan of action to achieve the overall goal of the business
May be assigned to perform other related duties from time to time
Bachelor's degree preferably in Advertising, Mass Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Statistics, Business Administration, Communication Technology, Development Communication, Information Technology, and related courses
At least 2 years of experience with social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc
Advanced level of experience in MS Excel
Can work well as part of a team; ability to work well across different levels
Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
Good communication skills both written and verbal and can communicate across different levels within the organization
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze social listening metrics and translate them into actionable recommendations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Understanding of different social media platforms
Preferably with advanced experience in Social Media performing the core functions above
Strong understanding and demonstrable experience in using FB Ads Manager
The aptitude to quickly understand information and identify trends
Amenable to work from home Monday-Friday in US (8am-5pm) shift and has stable 15mbps fiber connection
