A Glimpse into Your New RoleAs a P&C Shared Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the People & Culture (HR) team by ensuring accurate data management, seamless HR processes, and excellent employee support. Your responsibilities will focus on HR ticketing, HCM tool accuracy, reporting, and final pay processing.Your day could see you:
Ensuring data accuracy and completeness within the HCM Tool
Collaborating with the Onboarding team to capture accurate new hire data
Partnering with the Workday team to optimize workflows and enhance HRIS functionality
Generating ad hoc reports and maintaining HR dashboards for leadership
Managing the P&C Ticketing System across multiple regions
Providing guidance on offboarding and ensuring timely final payments
Assisting with data migration, system enhancements, and HR technology upgrades
Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
What You'll Bring
2+ years of experience in HR Shared Services, HRIS Administration, or a similar role
Strong knowledge of HCM tools (Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Experience managing HR ticketing systems and employee inquiries
Background in HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll support
Analytical mindset with experience in HR reporting & data analysis
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
