Job Description
Sigrid is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team. This individual will work closely with our Client Acquisition and Marketing team to drive sales growth and success for our business.
The successful candidate will use their in-depth knowledge in outbound sales efforts, expertly nurturing customer relationships and consistently closing deals. This role offers work remotely while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
Employ effective sales methodologies, impeccable communication skills, and sales management expertise to create a strategic sales framework
Manage all aspects of outbound sales, including lead generation, sales presentations, negotiation, and post-sale service
Innovate and pioneer sales programs while rigorously evaluating their effectiveness
Develop potent sales strategies, maintain precise sales forecasts, and continuously refine marketing tactics
Formulate, assess, and track sales plans, quotas, and budgets, assuming full accountability for sales operations
Conduct competitive assessments of competitor pricing and services
Engage clients with persuasive sales presentations and effectively close deals
Cultivate enduring client relationships, encouraging ongoing collaboration
Identify promising leads for management's attention and implement inventive sales approaches
Stay current with sales trends and industry dynamics while excelling in both written and oral communication
Showcase a talent for sealing deals and exhibit superb organizational, self-motivational, and time management skills, capably handling unforeseen challenges
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field, coupled with proven sales experience, preferably in outbound sales
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas, showcasing your ability to set and achieve sales objectives
Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster client, partner, and colleague relationships
Proficiency in networking, relationship-building, and conducting market research, including competitor analysis
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, enabling you to create and execute effective sales strategies
Effective problem-solving skills, especially in addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to articulate product/service features and benefits to potential clients
Proficiency in using sales and CRM (Customer Relationship Management such as Hubspot, SalesForce, etc.,) software, along with various marketing tools
A self-motivated, highly organized, and deadline-driven work ethic, combined with the flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions
Collaborative teamwork abilities, extending to cross-functional cooperation with marketing, product development, and customer service departments
A proactive approach to participating in marketing initiatives and campaigns
Possessing relevant sales certifications or training programs is a plus
