Job Description:
The agent needs to check if the customer is qualified for the auto-insurance.
Transfer calls to a representative once the customer is qualified.
Qualifications:
Must have experience as an Outbound Agent in a call center company.
Must have at least 6 months auto-insurance experience.
Experience in Outbound Sales.
Detail-oriented.
Performance-driven.
Strong work ethic.
Great comprehension skills.
Good pronunciation and communication skills.
Willing to start immediately.
Willing to work in shifting schedules and night shifts.
Willing to be assigned in Mabini Site.
