Work Location: 100% On-Site, Cebu IT Park
Salary Range: Php30,000 - Php35,000 per month plus monthly commission (up to Php20,000)
Signing Bonus of Php30,000 paid out monthly over 12 month period

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Conduct telephone calls, emails and social media outreach to prospects from our CRM/ATS and various other lead sources.
Utilize sales scripts to ensure consistency of sales outreach
Meet and exceed monthly targets
Generate 4 appointments per week for our business development managers.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and follow-up strategies based on predefined criteria to align with The 360 Companies target market.
Engage with: General Managers, Warehouse Managers, CIO, CTO, CMO, Manager, PMO Manager, Resource Manager, CHRO, Talent Acquisition, Delivery Manager, Partner, Director.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven track record of selling products or service solutions over the phone within a business-to business sales environment preferably in the IT Industry.
Rounded sales and service skills
Professional and clear communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a customer quickly over the phone. (Excellent telephone demeanor).
'Can-do' attitude; demonstrates a positive attitude toward others; will assist in all areas as needed.
Works well in a team environment.
Maintains high productivity/high energy level.
Results-oriented mindset and money-driven with a focus on delivering targets
Willingness to go beyond the job description to meet business goals.
Fluent in oral and written English language.
Familiarity with CRM systems a plus.
