Eano's Outbound Sales Lead will be the company's spearhead in developing markets outside of the company's ad spending customer acquisition campaigns. The main goal is to bring in partnerships with key industry individuals and clients that will avail of the company's services and products.
Generate leads to be funneled to the sales team for closing and service
Conduct outreach calls for leads generated through the ad spending campaign of the company
Reach out to potential realtors to work with and generate a constant stream of leads for the sales team to handle
Manage the metrics and KPI of the team in handling the total daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual leads generated and partnerships struck
Assist the operation manager in developing pitches, call scripts, and strategies to achieve the goal of generating leads and closing deals
Requirements
Willing to work between 12 midnight to 9 AM Philippine Time (Non-negotiable and full time) California work hours will be followed
Must be available to work 6days a week (rotational shift schedule)
Must have an existing work-from-home setup (stable and fast internet connection, video camera, and headset)
At least 5 years of proven experience in prospecting and lead generation, preferably in digital marketing or within the SaaS industry
An expert in developing and implementing Key Performance Indicators or Key Result Areas in a BPO operations setting
Must have handled a team of 2 or more outbound team
Must have experience in using soft phone and generating reports using the data provided by the system (The company is using JustCall now)
Architectural and engineering background is a plus
Home renovation/construction experience is also a plus
