Maintain active status of all assigned clients.
Promote account-strength maintenance via account balance replenishment.
Upsell the company offers and services.
Ensure the adherence of the clients to compliance and other regulatory requirements in relation to their account activities.
Coordinate with other departments regarding any actions taken by the assigned clients to maintain good account management.
Work that may be assigned from time to time
With previous BPO experience as a CSR or TSR
Preferably with experience in Sales (Consultative Selling)
Demonstrates exceptional account management and sales skills.
Excellent time management skills
Excellent communication skills; written and oral.
Driven and with positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure
Detail-oriented
Results-focused and process-oriented
Can work on a midshift and night shift schedule
Can work onsite in Makati City
