You have at least 2 years of experience running outbound email campaigns using Apollo.io or similar tools like Outreach, Salesloft, or HubSpot.You're analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both the technical and creative sides of outbound campaigns - from deliverability and list cleaning to copywriting and reporting.You have strong written English skills and can write in a tone that resonates with U.S. consumer brands and social media culture. You're organized, dependable, and work well with sales and marketing teams to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.Bonus points if you've managed inbox warmups or have hands-on experience improving deliverability performance for high-volume campaigns.🌟 What You'll Be DoingBuild and run outbound campaigns and drip sequences in Apollo.ioClean and verify prospect lists using tools like NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, Clearbit, or ZoomInfoMonitor deliverability and use warmup tools (InboxAlly, GlockApps, Google Postmaster) to keep emails out of spamWrite, test, and optimize campaign messaging that fits U.S. consumer brand tone and audienceTrack performance metrics (opens, clicks, replies, meetings booked, conversions) and share clear reports with insightsSupport sales team follow-ups, ensuring timely lead management in Apollo
