The position is responsible for the customization, implementation and assessment of the Company's organizational planning, portfolio & project, performance and risk management processes in assigned business or corporate support units and/or process teams, to ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with company policies, guidelines and protocols, particularly on external and internal communications, and confidentiality and security of corporate information.
Graduate of industrial engineering, business administration, or related field; MBA or professional certification related to work experience requirements is a plus (i.e., BSC, ISO 31000, Project Management Professional)
At least 3 years combined experience in corporate planning and organizational
performance management; substantial working knowledge of or relevant implementation experience in: (1) Balanced Scorecard, (2) performance management systems, (3) risk management, (4) portfolio, program and project management practice and (5) operations excellence tools. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly training/project
facilitation, management presentations and internal consulting/mentoring.
